The Consortium has secured a block of rooms from April 13 to April 17, 2025 at Case Courtyard Cleveland University Circle as the host hotel for the Annual Meeting, and we offer one night of complimentary lodging and parking at the host hotel for attendees from Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) within the Consortium region.
Price per Night: $179 + tax and feesParking Price (Valet Only): $26 per night

- If you register by March 24, 2025, you can request lodging through the registration form.
- After March 24, 2025, or if you are only attending a co-located event and not the Annual Meeting, please contact pti@iu.edu to inquire about room availability.

Regardless of whether you would like the Consortium to cover your lodging costs, plan to pay for it yourself, or intend to extend your stay beyond the meeting dates, please make your reservation through the Consortium. We have reserved a block of rooms from April 13 to April 17, 2025, and we’re happy to coordinate your reservation for you. This helps us fill the host hotel and meet our financial commitments.Parking Information:
- If the Consortium is covering your lodging costs, parking fees will also be covered.
- Please use the hotel's valet service for parking.
- The parking fee is $26 per night for all guests staying at the hotel.
